Retail Store Experience

Forever 21 [Photograph]. (n.d.). Forever 21.com.
Called up my friend and we decided to spend the day shopping at the mall.  I was expecting fun and relaxation, not.  We walked into one of my favorite stores “Forever 21.” As soon as we walked in, a very nice lady greeted us at the door.  Thought it would be an in and out situation but ended up being an all day deal.  Looking for sizes was a mess.  The racks were unorganized to the point of not being able to find my size at all.  Wow, and I'm a size 1 or small.  Pretty easy to find on any given "normal" day.

As a well known retail company, I expected to see much nicer displays. Any company's store front should be top of the line. This was not Forever 21's case. Retail stores have to leave customers with a good impression of the company. Leaving a bad image of the store will make me not want to come back.

Seeing everything all unorganized was just too much for us. Forever 21 lost us as customers because of the horrible experience. They need to hire more personal to keep things organized. I know that I would have purchased something if it wasn't so unorganized. Instead we left and searched at a different store. I do not want to relive that bad experience again.

Look at different bad experiences people had at Forever 21.

What’s your horrible retail experience? Tell me about it!

  1. Every time I buy a dress or outfit I try to make sure I buy something I will wear more than once...I hate spending money on clothing if I don't feel like it's worth my money.
